After adding people to your share list, you can choose (or change) the type of access you'd like each person to have.

Click on the dropdown menu to the right of their email address to make your selection.

Types of access include:

"Can view" allows users to see everything in the workspace in a view-only format. They can't edit anything, but they can leave comments.
"Can edit" allows users to see and edit everything in the workspace.
"Owner" transfers ownership of the workspace from the person who created it to a new user. (Owners can approve/deny access to workspaces)
"Give temporary access" allows you to choose a date range for users to have access. When the time expires, the user will lose access to the workspace.
"Remove" allows you to remove users/teams from the workspace.
