You can adapt how journey cards are displayed within your Journey Atlas:

To expand a journey card across multiple phases:

If a journey crosses more than one phase within the Journey Atlas, the journey card can be extended.

Hover over the side edge of the journey card you wish to edit and see the side edge highlight in blue with arrows either side
Click and drag the side of the journey card to extend it across as many phases as relevant

To move a journey card with an atlas:

Simply click on the journey card you wish to move and drag it to the new location in the Journey Atlas

To colour code journey cards:

Journey cards can be colour coded using a traffic light system to indicate journey performance (i.e. good, medium, at risk, poor)

Hover over the journey card you would like to edit and notice the icon with three vertical dots appear in the top right corner
Click on the three-dot icon and a list of options will appear:
- Select "Add colour" and choose the colour you wish to add to the journey card

To remove a journey card:

Hover over the journey card you would like to edit and notice the icon with three vertical dots appear in the top right corner
Click on the three-dot icon and a list of options will appear:
- Select “Remove journey”

To open a journey from within the Journey Atlas:

Hover over the journey card you would like to edit and notice the icon with three vertical dots appear in the top right corner
Click on the three-dot icon and a list of options will appear:
- Select “Open in new tab”
- The detailed journey view will then open in a new browser tab

Each journey card will display the number of sub journeys associated with the journey (bottom lefthand corner of the card) and associated personas (bottom righthand corner of the card).

Where data is included within a journey map (e.g. NPS or journey health score), it will be displayed in the top righthand corner of the journey card. Each phase card will share the average for all journeys aligned with that phase.
